HasSameEditorLocAsRefAlias

HasSameEditorLocAsRefAlias returns TRUE if the Ref and Alias have the same Editor Locations, or their editor locations are parented to a location matching the (optional) keyword. This works in the same way as HasSameEditorLocAsRef but checks against an Alias' editor location.
